SHIPPING POLICY

At Modern Watch Mods, every timepiece is individually assembled, inspected, and carefully prepared before it leaves our hands. Our goal is to make the shipping process as straightforward as the experience of receiving your watch.

U.S. SHIPPING

Free U.S. shipping is included with every watch.

All standard U.S. orders are shipped using USPS Ground Advantage with tracking.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

PROCESSING & ASSEMBLY TIME

In-stock watches ship within 1–2 business days.

Made-to-order watches require approximately 2–3 weeks before shipment.

The 2–3 week timeframe applies to the assembly and preparation period before the watch ships. It does not include carrier transit time.

Some made-to-order builds may require additional time if specific components need to be obtained before assembly. If a significant delay is expected, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate that to you.

DELIVERY TIMES

Once an order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed by Modern Watch Mods LLC.

Carrier delays may occur due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, operational issues, or circumstances outside our control.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you realize that your shipping information is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

Modern Watch Mods LLC is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

We take great care in preparing and packaging every timepiece before it leaves our hands. In the unlikely event that your watch is lost or arrives damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

If a package is confirmed lost or the watch is damaged in transit, Modern Watch Mods LLC will work with you to resolve the situation. Depending on the circumstances and availability, you may choose from the following options:

Select another available timepiece of equal value
Wait for an equivalent watch to be custom-built
Receive full store credit for the original purchase amount

For damaged shipments, please retain the watch, shipping box, and all original packaging until the matter has been resolved. Photographs of the package and damage may also be requested.

Modern Watch Mods LLC will handle the applicable shipping claim directly with the carrier.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be offered on a limited basis.

Customers receiving international shipments are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the purchase price unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customs processing and international delivery times are outside of our control.
