RETURNS & CUSTOM PIECES

Every Modern Watch Mods timepiece is individually assembled, inspected, and prepared before it leaves our hands. Because each piece is custom-built, all sales are final and returns or exchanges are not accepted.

This approach allows us to preserve the experience we want every customer to have — receiving a completely new timepiece, individually prepared and ready for its first owner.

We want you to feel confident in your choice and excited when your watch arrives. If you have any questions before placing your order, we’re always here to help.
